Fostering a Life of Prayer
- Half hour solitary prayer each day
- Daily Morning & Evening Prayer (Night Prayer When Possible) from the Liturgy of the Hours (Divine Office).
- Daily Mass (When Possible)
- Frequent use of the Sacrament of Reconciliation and observance of days of penance prescribed by the Church or by the Constitutions of the Secular Order.
- Wear the brown scapular of Our Lady of Mount Carmel as a sign of commitment to her Order
- Attendance at Monthly Community meeting and participation in the Community’s Apostolate
